Call to Order: The meeting, held at Boo Ray’s Restaurant, was called to order by the club president, Michael Stackhouse, at 7:05 PM, with 20 members and guests present.
Minutes: The Secretary, Karen Horgan, presented the minutes from the February 2022 general meeting. The minutes were approved as presented.
Financial Report: Frederick Sehapayak, club Treasurer, presented the financial report, with a cash balance of $956.03. The treasurer’s report was approved as presented.
Speakers:
Joel Fryer, Interim County Convention Chair, made a presentation about the upcoming Tarrant County SD Conventions. The conventions will be held at the North Texas Health Science Center and each Senate District Convention will occur concurrently on March 19, 2022. Joel asked for as many members as possible to attend.
Rodney Lee, Candidate for JP Precinct 4, spoke about his campaign and his desire to bring back integrity to the courts. He will have a fundraiser gold tournament in Azle on April 3.
Mimi Coffey, Candidate for House District 99, outlined her qualifications and her vision for the position.
