Call to Order:Â The meeting was called to order by the club president, Michael Stackhouse, at 7:00 PM, with 14 members and guests present. We met at Panera Bread in Lake Worth.
Minutes:Â The Secretary, Sally Craig, presented the minutes from the January 2023 general meeting. The minutes were approved as presented.
Financial Report: The Treasurer, Haley Stackhouse presented the financial report, with a cash balance of $922.66. The treasurer’s report was approved as presented.

Karroll Parker invited everyone to the TCDP Tacos & Politics Mixer Fundraiser the will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 from 6:00 to 8:30 PM at Tu-Chi of Arlington.

Rodney Lee announced that there will be a Golf Tournament at Cross Timbers Golf Course in Azle again this year. He will have the date and all the details for our partnership with him on the fundraiser. He will need volunteers from the club to help with event.

Michael sent out invitations to all candidates running in our local municipal elections to speak to our club before the election in May. He provided the list of candidates who had submitted applications for office as on February 15th for Azle, Lake Worth, and Fort Worth.
Upcoming Activities:
The next CEC meeting will be on April 11 at 7:00. It will be a Zoom meeting.
The TCDP is looking for Volunteers to come to the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays to assist with phone calls and Thank you notes.
